All you have to do is find out what they are and how to use them.
And that’s easier than ever.
The Blueprint
The best way for understanding what this means is illustrated in the experience of “Ms. X.”
(Not her real name, of course.)
Ms. X was aging fast – way too fast for the number of years she’d already been on this planet.
She was a former smoker and drinker.
Her blood pressure was creeping up.
She was overweight.
Her joints were getting creakier every year.
She had the growth hormone levels of an 80-year-old – when she was only 42!
Unsurprisingly, she was taking a number of prescription medications.
She was getting old before her time.
On top of all that, her family health history wasn’t inspiring.
Her family tree was sprinkled with diabetes, allergies, heart disease, neurological disorders, and senility.
That was three decades ago, when the ‘anti-aging’ movement was starting to pick up steam.
Ms. X was smart (and still is). She paid attention to new developments in what might now be called ‘functional medicine’.
She began by going thorough research of published studies.
And – BOY! – did she find a treasure trove of research on just exactly what she could do to stop herself from aging so fast.
Her focus was on the best natural strategies for rejuvenating her ‘old’ metabolism.
It led her to discovering the most important natural healing factors underlying health and longevity.
What happened when she began applying them was amazing.
By all health measures, she now lives in a much more youthful body at age 72 than she had at age 42.
She enjoys lower than average blood pressure, resting heart rate, fasting blood sugar and insulin levels, cholesterol, triglycerides, and body fat percentage.
Her functional strength, lung capacity, and cardiac capacity are now all better than those of an average 40-year-old.
At an age when many in her age group are slowing down, Ms. X is busier than ever. She can snow ski down the steepest slopes, climb to the top of the mast on her own sailboat, and keep up with the 30-year-olds in her bicycling club.
Ms. X is now the poster child for anti-aging.
Music to My Ears
Ms. X’s story seemed to be directed right at me. We’re both about the same age. We both had so-called ‘age-related’ health issues. We both sought natural ways to slow down and even reverse our symptoms of rapid aging.
Now, because of her story, I also enjoy better health than I’ve seen in many years.
Already:
- My blood pressure has dropped.
- My fasting blood sugar has gone down.
- My body fat percentage has decreased.
- My muscle tone has improved.
- The skin on my cheeks has became rosy again.
- And maybe my favorite result: I dropped 40 pounds the right way, so that I never have to worry about my weight again.
In other words, my personal youth movement is right on track.
And it keeps getting better.
More than ever, I’m confident about staying healthy for many more years to come.
It’s a wonderful feeling.
It’s a feeling that you and all my fellow seniors can and should have.
Let’s dive into what you can do to make that happen for yourself.
First Step: Dispense with “Conventional Wisdom”
I hope you’re sitting down for this, because I’m going to blow modern medicine’s myths about aging right out of the water.
The first, and probably the most damaging one, is that aging is a disease.
Don’t you believe it!
It’s total BS.
Nevertheless, modern medicine blames aging for all kinds of health problems.
To compound that load of nonsense, none of our nearly 90 professional medical associations offers a cure for any so-called “disease of aging” – NOT ONE!
They do offer a dizzying array of drugs for us, though. The average 65 year-old takes five prescription medications for so-called “uncurable” diseases.
THE BAD NEWS ABOUT THAT? Drugs do not heal.
Indeed, they typically speed up aging and stop you from ever being healthy again.
Medical Lies
Look, I’m a retired professor, which means I love quizzes. (Not really, but it sounds good, doesn’t it?)
So, if you’re up for it, here’s a simple quiz about why we age too fast and what to do about it, according to modern medicine.
The quiz consists of one question: What do all of the following statements have in common?
(No grades later – I promise.)
- Drugs will ‘give you health’
- Only medical doctors are the experts in health
- To prevent we need to screen
- Health insurance will keep you healthy
- Vaccines make you healthy
- You just have bad luck
- Disease is the result of bad genes
- Go to hospitals – they really are places of health and healing
- Mainstream health is ‘up to date’
- Finding ‘cures’ is simple if researchers have enough funding
All you ‘A’ students probably saw this answer coming, which is:
One thing is certain for us seniors. Adhering to these lies ages us faster, makes us sicker, and ends our lives sooner.
THE GREAT NEWS? Being healthy in your later years is now easier than ever, in spite of such conventional medical “wisdom.”
As I mentioned right at the top of this page, your body has all the tools you need for a long and healthy life.
The trick is finding out what those tools are and how to implement them.
There are a couple of ways to do all that.
One is to do your own research.
What You’ll Find
Taking a deep dive into natural health research will show you how to address the most challenging health issues we seniors face in modern times.
A short list includes the following:
- ARTHRITIS: modern medicine has no idea why your own immune system attacks you, yet key research shows exactly what you can do about it.
- CARDIOVASCULAR DISORDERS: blaming cholesterol is one of the biggest modern medical scams ever (it does fuel a huge drug industry in statins, though).
- CANCER: one particular element in every cell in your body drives cancer formation – and it’s pretty simple to stop it in its tracks without chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery.
- DEMENTIA (including Alzheimer’s Disease): about 240 drug applications for treating Alzheimer’s Disease have already been rejected by the FDA; even the few that have been approved don’t actually work; a common food ingredient outdoes them all.
- HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE: a very common gas lowers blood pressure better than any drug, and your body already makes it; the trick is boosting that gas naturally.
- OBESITY: this is not a fat problem, it’s a brain inflammation problem; diet and exercise can do nothing for it, although simple lifestyle changes will.
- DIABETES: modern medicine mistakenly focuses on sugar and insulin metabolism; it’s no wonder why we have an epidemic of diabetes. (By the way, the ‘new’ kid on the block – i.e., Type 3 diabetes – is the latest name for Alzheimer’s Disease. EGAD!)
- OSTEOPOROSIS: there is no good reason on God’s green Earth for bones to weaken as you age; one big clue behind it is understanding why it affects four times more women as men. (And why taking calcium supplements won’t do anything to help.)
Digging into medical research on all those topics, and many more, might be a little challenging.
You have to know where to look.
And you must be able to figure how to distinguish good research from bad (there are plenty of truly bad studies in the scientific literature).
Fortunately, you don’t have to do all that on your own.
You can, instead, befriend a research scientist who can do it for you.
That’s where I come in…
I’m Dr. Dennis Clark, your fellow Baby Boomer. I’m also a research scientist with a passion for senior health – mine and yours.
I also have a passion for sharing what I learn with other ‘mature’ folks like us.
Indeed, I’ve already found what Ms. X discovered about our most important healing healing factors underlying health and longevity.
And why your medical doctor is probably clueless about them. (One reason is that doctors aren’t taught about them in medical school.)
I’ve also already accumulated a huge collection of medical publications about anti-aging.
Finally, I consult with a stable of naturopathic and allopathic doctors locally, for their input on Baby Boomers’ health issues. (This includes professors at the local naturopathic college – the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine – where I am still listed as adjunct faculty. [Don’t get too excited about that – being adjunct faculty just means they don’t pay me.])
Once I have in hand the best information I can find, I evaluate it, analyze it, and judge it for applicability to my health and yours.
This is where my scientific experience comes in handy. I know how to evaluate experimental designs, statistical analyses, and research conclusions to see whether they make sense. (Most studies don’t make the grade.)
Most importantly for you, I write reports for the lay public (i.e., my fellow Baby Boomers) that are clear and understandable even if you don’t have a scientific background like I do.
And now I’m making them available to you in my monthly Boomer Health Reports.
In my humble opinion, what I have to say might be the best explanation anywhere about how your body is supposed to work to keep you healthy for many, many years.
Act Now – Your Life Clock is Ticking
I’ve made the whole process of getting the right information to you, and action steps you can take, as simple as possible.
My monthly reports are based on critical strategies for getting and staying healthy – just for seniors like us – based on real human biology.
Meaning, natural HEALING modalities, not high-priced modern medicine.
The annual cost for these reports is $25.00. I charge this nominal fee for two main reasons: 1) it helps allay my costs for the books, seminars, journal articles, etc., I use as source materials for my reports; and, 2) it requires your “skin in the game” as incentive for you to pay closer attention to what I have to say.
(It’s simple human nature – paying for something is good incentive to pay more attention. Freebies have less value. And I really want you to put as much effort as you can into understanding and putting into action the strategies I provide for you.)
How to Get My Reports
I’ve set up ordering via PayPal. (PayPal also provides an option for using a credit card if you wish.)
The ordering process will give me your email address so I can send each report to your InBox. Once you submit payment, you will receive a link for downloading my Welcome Issue. It all happens almost instantaneously (or, it’s supposed to if my cybergremlins don’t ruin the process) – no waiting.
Then you’ll get a new report emailed to you each month for 12 months.
Just click on the button here to get started.
QUICK HEADS UP: Billing through PayPal will show my company name as “Starfish Solutions LLC,” not me personally. (The name comes from the starfish story about saving one starfish at a time.)
That’s It!

As if your life depends on it.
Communicating with Me
Whenever you have questions, comments, etc., for me, here’s what works best:
I have set up a dedicated email account at BoomerHealthCenter@gmail.com. I check that account once a day, usually in the morning (unless I’m on the golf course). So be patient when waiting for my reply.
Call or text me on my cell phone: 602-908-8520. (I usually keep the ringer set to “mute” – my strategy for limiting interruptions. Or, I might be golfing when you call. Either way, I will check for messages each day and return your call or text as quickly as I can.)
And if you prefer the REALLY old-fashioned way, you can send snail mail to my home office at the following address:
4701 E. Wintu Way
Phoenix, AZ 85044
(It’s in an ‘age-qualified’ HOA in the Ahwatukee area of Phoenix, if you know the neighborhood.)
Are Their Any Guarantees?
I’m not up for the usual “marketing games” that others play.
Rather, I’ll just promise to give you your money back if you’re not satisfied with my reports.
No questions asked. (Actually, I might like to chat with you for your input on how I could make my reports better for one and all.)
Simple, straightforward. The way I like it. I’m sure you do, too.
Go ahead and hit the button below.
Once you do, you’re going to be pleasantly surprised to find out how easy it is to get and stay healthy in the face of “age-related” diseases that aren’t age-related at all.
So, by all means, take action now for your own health.
