WAIT … THERE’S A PUZZLE!
I’m sure my report will arouse your curiosity as to why none of the the typical ‘Big 3‘ of longevity – i.e., diet, exercise, supplements – made it to my Top Four.
After all, they seem to be at the top of everyone else’s list.
The short answer is this: If you don’t first put the Top Four into place, the Big 3 won’t have as much impact as they should.
Nevertheless, diet, exercise, and supplements do have their place.
So stay tuned. I’ll have much more to say about their roles for your longevity later.
